"Founded in 2000, Timewise Services Ltd is one of the most advanced watch repair centres in the UK.
Timewise Services really is, a watch repair company to 'all' brands" of watches.
From the start, our main purpose was to put ‘you’ the customer first. We offer a high-quality service and back that with a warranty package for peace of mind. Those are the values that are still held strong today.
We are primarily a ‘trade’ repair centre, and thus, we have the staff and space to be able to take on work direct from the manufacturers as an authorised repairer or to deal with both multiple or privately owned jewellers.
Timewise Services is now a much bigger company than it was when it was started, not just serving the UK, but also internationally. We have a strong and highly skilled team of watch repairers that together with our large open plan workshop, creates the perfect environment for your watch repairs.
Timewise Services is the only Official UK service centre for Corum & Eterna watch repairs.
We are also an Authorized Service Center for Omega watch repairs ( the Swatch group) which also includes the brands- Longines / Rado / Tissot/ Certina.

WATCH SERVICING
Once we receive your watch it will be photographed, and entered on our computer system so that it can be tracked by us through the whole process of its repair
Estimates will be given on request, and will never be charged for
Once the watch has been proceeded the related service parts are ordered and the watch is passed to the workshop
The movement is removed from the case and bracelet, and while the case and bracelet are inspected and cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, the dissembled movement is cleaning in a specialist watch cleaning machine
The clean movement parts are again inspected, before the re-assembly process starts
During the reassembly the movement is lubricated with the manufactures recommended greases and oils
The hands and dial are now returned to the movement and the complete movement is returned to the case
Watch timing and testing will be carried out on mechanical watches, water proof watches will be resealed and tested to the specified water resistance (up to 1000 meters)
Once the watch has passed all the tests, the watch will be ready for dispatch and will be returned to the customer with certificates for the timing and water resistance.

Omega services are all carried out to Omega standards, and come with a 2 year warranty.
OFFICIAL Corum Service Centre
Corum services are all carried out to Corum's high standards, and come with a 1 year warranty.
Although Corum movements are assembled with the utmost care, their accuracy can be affected by the influence of gravity, magnetic fields, shocks and most probably by ageing oils. Also the water resistance may be impaired by the ageing of gaskets or by an accidental shock.
Indeed, the precision of a mechanical movement depends on several factors, but essentially on the balance-spring/balance/escapement drive train, known as the regulating organs.
A complete overhaul of the watch is recommended every 3 to 5 years depending on the conditions in which it is used. Water resistance should be annually checked by a Corum official dealer or an authorized service centre.

OFFICIAL eterna Service Centre
Eterna services are all carried out to Eterna standards, and come with a 1 year warranty.
